Dynamo is a two dimensional management approach that addresses the needs of both national (Dynamo) as well as international projects (Dynamo Plus). Every Dynamo project incorporates 15% external advisory through our AverLinx network, to maximize precision and effectiveness via the infusion of Sr. Strategy Advisors and Project Consultants.

With cross-border transactions and complex overseas expansion ventures the Dynamo Plus solution is adapted whereby, 30% overview is provided by our Global Advisory Board along with Sr. Strategic Advisors. This allows us to seamlessly guide our customers into uncharted territory.
