Averlink conducts a holistic analysis to understand the client’s business environment, operational readiness, as well as the scope of work. The Averlink team, generally within 4 to 6 weeks, prepares and presents to the client a report defining the findings and identifies opportunities and challenges.

The client research report also defines the recommended high-level strategy to be implemented. During the presentation our managers focus on making the client understand the business impact of each recommendation and works with the client to define how the recommendation fits with the businesses’ short, mid and long-term goals.
